FYI (Blog 4)

I have had a few technical difficulties during this holiday.

It all started on the Thursday night, the night before we left. I put my laptop on charge about 6 o'clock, but didn't notice the charging light didn't come on. Then about 11 o'clock I was getting the last of my things ready. I noticed that the computer hadn't charged, so I checked the charger, and the computer.

I took the computer with me to Hong Kong along with the charger hoping I could get a charger to get the computer working. I had no luck there'

I then had to take it to Melbourne to try and get something working. I went into J B HI-FI and a guy called Brandon was able to find me a charger that fitted my computer. I took it back to the hotel and put the laptop on charge. Great I thought, everything will be okay. But alas it didn't charge,

I took the charger back to J-B HI-FI where I got a refund, and then bought a new laptop. I took it back to the hotel to set up. another problem came up when i couldn't remember my password for my microsoft account. they were going to send a code to my main email address. The problem there was that I couldn't access that account as I dont use it when I'm away from home.

I had to wait for Megan to come home from Majorca to go to our house to go onto our computer and then facetime me. I then accessed the set up for the computer and had them send a code to my email where Megan was able to tell me the code. I was then able to set the computer up.

I am now ready to post my blog, and will start with one about Hong Kong tomorrow.
